XPS 15 7590 Bluetooth headset not working anymore while using docking station WD19TB
Hi everyone,
I am using my Sony xm2 Bluetooth headset over my XPS and my docking stations for a couple of years, all working well until a couple of weeks ago.
I am now running W11 for a while but after a few updates (Windows and drivers from Dell SupportAssist) if I have my headset connected and I start an MS Teams of Zoom call, the app freeze, and the audio system crash, it doesn't allow me even to use another device. I need to troubleshoot the service to let it start again and it works only with wired audio devices.
Few additional info:
- without a Docking station, the headset works perfectly as usual
- without the Bluetooth headset, the other audio devices work well also with the docking station
- for windows sounds and youtube the headset works well too, it crashes only when I open MS Teams or Zoom.
- all drivers are up to date
- I have an error in the device manager on "detection verification": The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled all the audio drivers manually.
Any suggestions?
thanks and have a wonderful day,
Simone

I solved the issue formatting and reinstalling windows from scratch, any other solutions failed.
