XPS 15 9520, WiFi no internet
I'm having an issue where my month old XPS 15 9520 laptop is connected to WiFi. but says there is no internet. The WiFi connection is clearly working because my phone and every other computer in the house is using it just fine.
I already had WiFi issues before which I resolved by uninstalling all of the Killer WiFi programs and drivers and replacing them with the Intel drivers.
I downloaded the latest Intel WiFi 6e AX211 drivers and the WiFi is still not working. I even updated the Bios to the latest version. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device completely. What else can I do?
Thanks for any help.

Restarting your modem and router should be the first thing you do when encountering an internet signal issue. Don't skip this step! This is almost always what tech support will ask you to try first, as it often solves the problem. To restart your equipment, unplug the power cable for 60 seconds and plug it back in.

I ended up doing a factory reset and it seems to have fixed the issue. Big hassle, but better than no WiFi all day.

Wanted to follow-up because the factory reset DID NOT work. It helped for a day, but now I am writing this on an old spare laptop. Dell needs to get this fixed because I am gonna have to get a new laptop at this point...
