XPS 13 9380
Windows 11 - updated BIOS and Windows regular updates in place. Deleted Thunderbolt USB controller. Nothing resolves issue.
Right side USB port works - neither of the two left side ports are working.
Any ideas on what else to do folks ??
Two options: a USB hub for connecting more than two USB devices, or if you don't want that, it's time for a replacement system board.
