XPS15 9510 when docked to WD19 not booting

My XPS15 9510 (i7-11800H, RTX 3050) when docked to WD19 (non thunderbolt, 180 W) hangs at the Dell logo when booting.

XPS15 9510 came factory installed with Windows 11 Home.  All drivers, firmware up to date on both the laptop and the dock. WD19 hooked up to 1st Dell U2415 by display port, 2nd U2415 display port daisy chained to first U2415.  First U2415 has a Dell AC511 USB soundbar connected to it. USB cable connect WD19 to first U2415. 

After boot up and stuck on Dell Logo, if I undock the XPS15 by removing the USB C cable from the XPS15, the boot continues and the laptop successfully boots. If I then plug the USB C cable back in (redocking it), everything seems to work with all 3 screens (laptop screen and the 2 U2415) working in extended mode.  However, I then get a message that the USB Dell soundbar AC511 is not recognized.  If I then unplug the USB cable from the WD19 to the first U2415 monitor and plug it back in, then the AC511 soundbar is recognized and everything is fine from then on.
