extra raid controller for internal disk 12+13 in R510 with 12 3,5" slots

Hello,

is there a cable to connect the internal 2,5" disk 12+13 in a R510/12 with an extra raid controller or HBA?

The primary problem ist where to get the power from. I could use a SAS cable from a Dell R210
