Precision 7920 - Task Manager not showing CPU time / not updating CPU load

Hi,

our Precision 7920, OS: Win10, is showing the following issue:

- the Task Manager is not showing the current / actual CPU load

- it looks like the info of the Task Manager is frozen

- the Admin-Account/Login is not showing this behaviour -- correct CPU load

Any idea what might be the issue?

system info:

- 2 x CPU gold 6148

- 2 x NVIDIA P5000 (no SLI bridge installed)

- Dell Command Update: all drivers updated, newest / current BIOS too
