Which Docking Station for XPS 15 9570 that supports 4K and fast USB-C external drives?

Hello!

I have a Dell XPS 15 9570 and a Monitor with 3840x2160 (right now connected via USB-C).

I noticed (and measured) that an external hard disk connected to the USB-C is much faster than connected to a USB3 port. What I would like:

* Connect the Monitor (which is an USB Hub, too)
* Connect the external hard disk with high speed
* Keep using Linux and Windows (dual boot)

What would you recommend?

1) Connect the monitor with two cables, HDMI and USB (the latter one for the USB-Hub functionality) and the hard disk to the internal USB-C?

2) Buy a USB-C hub which supports fast USB-C *and* a monitor connected by USB-C?

3) Or a docking station?

Is there a docking station supporting this? If yes, which ones? All docking stations are using the Laptop's internal graphics card, right? Are there any benefits in terms of performance when using a docking station?

I search on Dell's site for a bit more information, but I am a bit lost, to be honest.
