XPS 9510 Low performance during loading process

Dear all,

I have the following problem with my dell xps 9510:

The notebook is working great when I use it with the battery pack. High performance, very silent. Everything is running very smooth.

This changes a lot when I plug in the original charger. The notebook becomes warm. I assume this is a side effect of the charging process... Furthermore (and this is the extremely annoying point), the 9510's performance completely collapses. Even simple browsing is only possible with stuttering. Youtube videos can no longer be played smoothly, etc.

When I disconnect the notebook from the charger, the performance is very good again.

Do you know this problem and is there a solution?
