How to install an Elgato HD60 pro in Aurora
I have an alienware aurora and for christmas I got an elgato HD60 Pro and i was trying to set it up in my pc and neither of the profiles was the right size for my computer so I was wondering how I am supposed to connect this safely to my computer without either of these fitting my computer. Thank You.

Which Aurora desktop model? There are 7 revisions? Are you referring to this PCIe x1 Elgato HD 60 Pro card? Are you saying that the metal card guide is not working? Perhaps post a picture of what is not working.
