Why isnt my laptop charging?
So, I got this Alienware 17 r4 for Christmas a couple days ago and it's amazing. The only problem is that it won't charge. It's currently at 0% and I've tried every outlet in my house, it's not an outlet issue. If someone could get back to me, that would be great.

Make sure the BIOS is up to date.

How am I supposed to do that if my computer is dead and won't turn on?

Sorry, I didn't know the system was not turning on. Sometimes it will be at 0% but it will turn on with the AC adapter connected.
Send me a private message with the service tag so I can check.
