Amulet Hotkey Host Card K2200M GPU on M630

Anyone familiar with these Amulet Hotkey host cards? Have 10 M630 blades, installed the cards and can access the Teradici login page but can't find the password. Tried all the defaults I can think of. Anyone know of a reset process for the password on these host cards? Already reached out to Amulet but figure I try my luck here as well.
