MX7000 Template changing bios setting

i am using to mange my mx7000 OME-M while I trying to redeploy changes that I did in the template 

to one of the sleds the job is complete successfully but in fact the changes i made in template do not seep into the bios of the server .

A restart is different than a reseat. You can physically power down and reseat or do it virtually

Overview > Troubleshoot >  Reset Management Module  - option is more commonly known as the Virtual Reseat option

Would you verify if the firmware is up to date? The reason I ask is that the firmware can make a difference. If you aren't running on the later versions, you have to perform a virtual reseat of the blade in order for the changes to take affect.

what does it mean virtual reseat ? 

while you are redeploy the template the server is restarting its not the same ?

the bios version is 2.11.2

Regarding if you can do it from OME, we would need to know the specifics of the setting you are trying to change, in order to confirm.

How do I do it via OME-M  ?

trying to change in the BIOS the following parameters  :

system profile to custom

cpu power management to OS DBPM

Memory Frequency to maximum performance 

I dont see any clue to how to do the virtual reseat  , could you guide me how to do it ?

the virtual reseat is it just to a specific server ?
