Using FD332 in M1000e

Hello, 

I was wondering if it would be possible to use a Dell FD332 in a Dell Poweredge M1000e. The connectors look the same so I would think it would be able to slide into the chassis. I am assuming it wouldn't be supported but would it work as a SAN option?
