Strike two!

I have purchased many Dell products over the years and have always been pleased...but, This Chromebook 3100 2-in-1 is killing me. I realize it is not an expensive computer but why would you buy something like that for a teen. Regardless, we bought this for my daughter and within 6 months I have sent it in for repair twice for not powering up. Both times the logic board was replaced. Now while Dell has been good so far about getting this turned around it has made me cautious about buying anything further from Dell. Please...get it together Dell and get your quality back up where it needs to be!
