Conflicting Return and Refund status

I returned a Dell laptop due to continuous BSOD issues. On 16/05/2024, the return status showed ''Items Delivered'' and "Returns sent for processing." I received an email from Dell on 17/05/2024 confirming that the return was received and a credit memo was issued. However, the return and refund status on the website now shows "Awaiting return shipment'' which is very confusing. 

Could you please clarify the current status of my return and refund? When can I expect to receive my refund?
