Can't login DDboost user from Veeam
I have created a local user on the data domain 3300 but when I try to login from the B&R I get Invalid User Credentials. The user is a DDBoost user and has access to the storage unit which has the B&R server as a client. The server and the DD have FQDN's but I am not using AD for user aiuthentication.
I am obviously missing something, can you point me to the errors of my way?

I have solved my problem maybe this will help others. After creating users via the GUI, ssh etc and changing between each to try and connect found problem elsewhere as follows. In the allowed clients section of boost configuration the Effective Communication Mode was set to one way! Have not dug deeper yet to find out why it was set to that but once changed I could login from Veeam and browse the storage!

Same problem, for me it just started recently after upgrading the data domain to the latest version due to vulnerablilities
