Recreate shortcuts on extended drive
Hi,
How can I verfiy an extended drive and rebuild missing shortcuts if required i.e file exists only on archive.

It will recreate the stub only. If you need the full file, you will need to run the pre-fetch task after the file restore task.

If you know what media the file(s) exist on, you can right click on the media, select Edit Tasks, then choose the File Restore option. This will restore the shortcut (purged file) to the extended drive.
