FluidFS Administrator Password

For some reason I can no longer log in as an administrator. This started after a physical reset on the equipment.
The password I had doesn't work and I've already tried the St@rage! password

This is an NX3500 with FluidFS 3.0.940120
Is there any idea how to solve this?
