New server and volumes in dell storage manager are down

Hi,

We have Dell SC8000 storage and several servers (with assigned volumes) connected to it. We have recently created a new Hitachi server and 4 new volumes in Dell Storage manager client. We managed to map those volumes to the server successfully. The new FC cable WWNs can be seen in Hardware->Fibre channel. We tried adding HBAs of the Hitachi server manually to the new server. However, the connectivity of the new server is down and says “No paths found to the server”. The WWNs of FC cables are in existing Fault Domain 3. How can we setup the new server connection successfully? Do we need Dell storage manager Data collector too? Do we need to create virtual port? I can provide details if needed. Any help appreciated.
