Admin user issue after upgrade to 9.5.0.8
hello
we have upgraded our site cluster ( made up 1 x H500 and 1 x A200 ) from 9.4.0.9 to 9.5.0.8 this morning all is working well apart from...
my colleague logons with his AD Admin account, which is a member of an AD "Isilon Admins" Group, he has full access to the isilon, however when he now logs on he sees just the site 1 production access zone and none of the others. He also has a basic user experience. I have checked his AD group permissions against mine and they are the same.
I have checked the other roles to see if any group overlap but there isn't any.
If he logs on to site 2 which hasn't been upgrade he works fine.
my guess is that his AD account is being flagged as site 1 primary access zone only.
not sure if anyone has seen anything like this before or can advise where I could check?

Just some quick thoughts:
a) did you run "isi auth refresh" (reloads all auth related external content - might resolve the issue)
b) has the ad integration been created under the "system" access zone or inside a dedicated "customer" access zone?

thanks for reply.
I have ran isi auth refresh and have asked the admin user to recheck.
The AD integrated Zone was done under the System AZ
