Disable ethernet leds during dark video production

Having an issue with the blinking amber light on my Dell laptop NIC. It is disrupting / distracting the video process. Im looking for a way to disable the leds to reduce light polution on the set.

seperate but similar issue is the blue led light ring on the power cord.

I can always do a low tech method of tape or enamel, but id prefer to know if there is a bios switch to disable these lights.
