My Laptop Makes Beep sound when I press power button and it wont Start

I have the same problem as listed above- 7 beeps with my Dell Inspiron. What is "system service tag"?

I have tried to turn my laptop on and is a blank screen with 7 beeps then a small pause and 7 more beeps!! I am unsure why this is happening, I was on it fine this morning! 

Hope you are able to help me resolve this as I have lots of important documents saved on there.

hello, i have a dell laptop and it makes 5 beebs then stops for 2 seconds then agian 3 beebs and does not start. then after like 6-7 times of trying it starts smoothly wihtout any beeps. but when i switch it off or put it into sleep mode and then try to switch it on once again the beeps begins as before. so what excatly is the problem ?

Hi I need help urgently. When I press the power button on my dell Inspiron the screen turns white and it makes 8 beeps which means LCD failure. My question is what do I do to fix this? Please reply quickly as I really need to fix it and use it. Thanks

I have problem with my dell laptop

It gives three small beeps with small interval and one long beep first i thought its problem with the battery and i tried removing it and drain all the reserve battery and try to start the system but still i am getting the same. I would like to you to help me please.

Also i have a bios password issue and i spoke to all the departments in dell and they couldnt help me because i dont have the ownership status transferred to mine as i dont have the information on the previous owner
