My network card wont appear in device manager and there is no wifi

I have a dell Latitude E5470 and recently my wireless network card has disappeared from the device manager in windows. I have no access to internet and am currently using a ethernet cable to connect to internet. Please help.

(Am using Windows 10 Pro)
