No open manage integration dashboard after succesfully enrolled operation manager console

Hello,

I am testing OpenManage integration for SCOM. My enviroment is a fresh SCOM 2019 management server and a patched Open Manage integration appliance to version 7.1.1.2125. I have installed DELL EMC configuration management pack. After using a scom admin which is also a local SO admin in the scom win19 server, I have been able to enroll to SCOM succesfully.

But I can't find any DELL folder in SCOM monitoring  Console, so I can't complete the setup.

Where are the logs of the deployments? How can I understand what's happened?

Thank you

Hi,

After importing Dell EMC OMIMSSC Configuration MP in SCOM, you can check for an information event with ID 71 in the windows event viewer of the management server. (Application-> Windows Logs). as part of this import action, remote powershell gets enabled and client for NFS share role gets added. Please check if these are disabled.

You can find management pack import logs in C:\Windows\Temp\DellFeatureMonitoring_Logs\Import_DellManagementPacksLog on the management server which has got enrolled.

Enrollment and MP import start action logs are available in Dell EMC OMIMSSC Admin Portal -> Jobs and Logs Center-> Appliance Logs

To proceed with your setup, you can go to Dell EMC OMIMSSC Admin Portal -> Login -> Console Enrollement -> Click on the enrolled console and click import. You can select features to be imported (Server/Chassis/Network Switch monitoring) and click save. The import logs will be available in Dell EMC OMIMSSC Admin Portal -> Jobs and Logs Center-> Generic Logs and also in C:\Windows\Temp\DellFeatureMonitoring_Logs\Import_DellManagementPacksLog on the management server which has got enrolled.

Regards,

Anjana
