S2722DZ, Webcam not working when popped up?, #3

Unfortunately the troubleshooting given here does not help. I now have 2 Dell <Private data removed from public view. DELL Admin> monitors with the same problem, when the camera is in the down position it switches on, and when it is the up position it switches off. Can we please have a solution to this problem as quickly as possible.

Sounds like a webcam housing hardware fault. But before contacting GHN agents, check the Menu- Others to be sure you are on the latest firmware M3T104. If not, install it on both and retest.
