Networker Java Console on ARM CPU Apple computers.

Hello,

I switched my desktop from an Intel based Mac to one with Apple silicon (M2 CPU).  Now when I start the java console to connect to the networker server,  I get an error saying to check with vendor for support.

I thought java was suppose to extrapolate things to avoid these types of issues,  that said I've never had great experiences with java apps.  LSI and Cisco's were/are way worse.  :)

Has anyone ran into a similar problem or have had success running this on ARM cpus under OSX?

Thanks for your time,

-greg

 Hello greg_905,

Which version of Cybersense are you running?  Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall cybersense on your desktop machane?

I"m using Networker,  was that renamed?   I was unable to find anything "networker" related under the "Dell Community / Enterprise Products / Data Protection" sub forums.

There is nothing to install / uninstall aside from Java on the desktop.

thanks,

-greg

You may want to try networker for intel mac and run it with Rosetta https://dell.to/3UvQxmS
