iSCSI disconnection problems against a Powevault MD3200i, when I am doing backups with Veeam

Hello.

Scenery:

I have an MD3200i connected to a Windows Server 2019 server via iSCSI initiator.
Randomly, when backing up with Veeam Backup, the backup job stops working, indicating access errors.
In the iSCSI configuration, the connection appears "reconnecting."
On the MD3200i, the only thing I detect is that the default controller has changed (for example from 0 to 1).
The only way I can solve the issue is by disconnecting the iSCSI connection on the server, and on the MD3200i by first taking controller 0 offline and putting it back online and repeating the process with controller 1.
Any idea what may be happening?
It should be said that this only happens to me with a file server that has a volume of more than 2TB.
Thank you so much

Hello sistemes,

Randomly is a hard one to troubleshoot.

Has it always done it?

Is this the only system it happens on?

You may take a review of Guidelines for Configuring Your Network for iSCSI Page 49
