MD3200i controller fail

Good morning,

We have a PowerVault MD3200i and the top redundant controller has failed.  No lights are flashing on the controller although it is plugged into a working switch.  I tried to remove the controller and plug it back in with the same results.  Can my current malfunctioning controller be sent to a company for repair, if so where?  If I should purchase another one, is there a vendor that anyone who reads this message can recommend?
