MD3200i controller went offline
One of my controllers went offline with the message:
Event Message: Alternate RAID controller held in reset Event Priority: Critical Component Type: RAID Controller Module Component Location: Enclosure 0, Slot 0
When I connect the serial port to PuTTY, this is what happens when booting:

From looking at the other posts, this boot sequence doesn't appear to have gotten far. I had seen another post suggesting to install the latest firmware, but since I can't even connect to it from PowerVault Storage Manager, I think the controller just needs to be replaced?
The other running controller appears to be running firmware 07.84.53.60.
Thanks... Mike

Sending BREAK through PuTTY didn't do anything, BTW.

I was actually able to get it into Service Mode and Recovery Guru says that Battery Replacement Required. I ordered a battery and will see if this helps.
