PV LTO7 Error This update Package is not compatible with your system configuration.
Customer tested the LTO7 driver with all versions of Windows Server (2012/2012R2/2016/2022LTSC) in different servers and he received error system incompatibility : This update Package is not compatible with your system configuration..
Please provide me the complete driver installation procedure.

Hello Jawad.Rehaoui,
Could you make sure system firmware, iDRAC and BIOS, are up to date.
Then do a flea power drain and try update again run as Administrator
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
You may need Update to support LTO-7 tape drives in Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2012
