Hi,
Can I check if this is your first time deploying iSCSI ME5012?
It looks like iSCSI connection have not been completed. You may need to check the deployment guide for a complete instruction (https://dell.to/4aWop2b ). If you need assistance, I suggest making a support call and create a deployment case.

As Joey mention we don’t do initial configuration but we do have Deployment Services you can contact Sales and get a quote if you need that option.

Hi,
I believe your storage controller is iSCSI 10Gbase-T (https://dell.to/4b933ij ), hence yes you can use 1GB connection.

Hello, good evening, still about the equipment, I would like to ask a question, is the connection between the switch and the storage and the server mandatory to have a 10 Gb connection? or it can be 1 Gb
We followed all the steps you sent, but the only difference is that we are using 1Gb communication between the storage and the server
