Precision 3581 "windows fails to load" after idle

I have a new Precision 3581 and when it idles for a short time I get the blue screen "Windows failed to load correctly". Then it restarts and of course I lose any file that were open. I've have searched and found quite a few posts with this same issue, tried some of the suggested fixes,  but still am having the issue.  Is this a windows or a Dell issue? From what I've read, replacing the SSD seems to be the only fix reported as solving the problem?
