Safe range to almost Immediately Unplug and Re-plug power

Hello,

From time to time I must move to a different working location. When I unplug my laptop, when is it OK to re-plug immediately (above 90 or above 80 percent...)?  What is the best level to re-plug when immediate re-plug level has been missed?
