DELL 3760dn 016-317 (firmware update failure?)
I was did a firmware upgrade yesterday and all appeared well... This morning the printer was off and when I turn it on I get the 061-317 error
I can't get rid of the error.
I can't rerun the firmware update (doesn't find it).
I don't seem to have the ability to load the firmware though with a usb key (Can't find instructions anyways...)
HELP!!

SOLVED...
With only the USB plugged in
turn on the printer while pressing the Tick and red X
red cross (cancel) and tick-mark (ok, in the middle of arrows).
I will tell it's in download mode and you can update the firmware from your computer..
DELL SUPPORT I would have paid you for this information... Too bad you wanted to sell me a control board for $300 rather then the $50 for a OOW support call.. You have lost a customer I will never buy anything new from you again..
