Dell Digital Locker Problems

I managed to update my payment method for automatic renewal, but it will not renew and keeps sending me emails that I need to update the payment method.  And on top of that, while it shows that I subscribed to Office 365 in 2020, if I click on Full Subscription Management it says I have no subscriptions.  This thing seems broken and all customer support options go nowhere.
