The Dell Mobile Connect app has been discontinued in all regions since 31-Jan-2023 and the support article Dell Mobile Connect and Alienware Mobile Connect End of Service Announcement states in part that "Dell recommends uninstalling Dell Mobile Connect or Alienware Mobile Connect from both your Dell computer and mobile devices by the regional discontinue date. This frees up storage space and ensures an optimum device experience."
Post back and let us know your Windows OS (including the version and build shown at Settings | System | About | Windows Specifications) as well as the OS of your phone if you need suggestions for a replacement for Dell Mobile Connect.
