MS Office 365 Home Subscription

I recently retired my 2 Dell XPS 27" All-In-One PCs, which I used since March 2015.  These were great PCs with no issues for 9-years.  I recently retired both PCs and replaced them with non-Dell products. I also subscribed to Dell for my annual renewal to MS Office 365 Home. 

My new PCs had the trial version of Office 365 which I converted to full activation through MS using my original Office 365 license.  My subscription is paid, through Dell, until March 2025. 

My question - do I continue my subscription through Dell?  If not, how do I convert my subscription from Dell to Microsoft?
