RecoverPoint/SE Need to change storage - No Migration - Move to New Storage Steps

Hi,

Currently Our RP is connected with Unity 650F. Recently during hardware refresh we migrated to UNITY XT 680F.

We have currently made Async setup on UNITYXT  for time being until RP is completely moved to new storage.

Now my question is

How to add new storage splitter?

Do i need to use Deployment manager or i can just add splitter license once UNITYXT storage zoned to RP?
