I will be shipping this printer to another Country. I know when I move other printers the colors smear all over the pages.  Is there a correct method of shipping and then when it's in my home, cleaning it to minimize the issues with printing?

Colours print perfectly but black doesn't. So I went through the cleaning printhead process and black worked but the colours didn't! So I did it again and now colours work but black does not! I am using either a coffee filter paper - as suggested by Dell - or a J cloth Any advice please?
