Trying to install Win 2012 R2 on a 2950 I picked up but am not able to find the drivers I need to get it to recognize the disks. I had a similar issue with an 1850 and it was my RAID drivers... but this server doesn't appear to be utilizing RAID (nothing mentioned upon boot).

I am a bit dumbfounded here: I certainly can use the dvd drive (a HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GU90N) for reading CDs but I was unable to find a software to burn cds or create an ISO from a DVD. The usual suspects like CDBurner XP, PowerISO or ImbBurn show all that there is no compatible device installed.. Al
