Dell SCG Gateway Connection Status "Disconnected"

Hi everyone,

After upgrading to the latest available version, I get this situation:
- From the :5700 screen I don't see any managed devices
- In the connectivity menu I don't see anyone but all checkmarks are green, being reached via proxy

However from the Connectivity HUB I see the following situation:
- All devices (about 35) are in Remote App Poll "CONNECTED" and Remote Access "Enabled"
- Gateway Connection Status "Disconnected".

Is there a way to force the Gateway to connect?
If I try to run the connectivity test from the :5700 screen I get no errors.

Can you help me?
Thanks again for the support!

Hi @ceccaj,

It would be good to have some screenshots of the mentioned issue. Can you let us know the upgrading process, how did you upgrade it? From which version to 5.14? Have you tried rebooting the SCG appliance?

Hi @ceccaj,

Thanks for the screenshot. At this moment, I would suggest contacting SCG support team to have them check the SCG logs to find out the root cause.
