Open port 10050 for Zabbix agent on SCG virtual machine

The Secure Connect Gateway Virtual Edition 5.14.00.16 for VMware Systems image was downloaded from Dell. 

The OS version is SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP5. 

I tried to edit /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2 manually, set FW_SERVICES_EXT_TCP="10050" and restart SuSEfirewall2 service. It didn't work. The Zabbix server couldn't communicate with SCG server. I was unable to telnet to SCG server via port 10050. 

I also tried 'SuSEfirewall2 open EXT TCP zabbix-trapper zabbix-agent' and 'SuSEfirewall2 open EXT TCP 10050' - same issue. 

Once I stopped SuSEfirewall2 service, the Zabbix server started to be able to communicate with SCG server. 

Anyone knows how to configure the firewall to allow the traffic between Zabbix server and Zabbix agent on SCG server? Thanks
