SCG Policy Manager LDAP isn't working

We are moving from the esrs policy manager where LDAP works fine, to SCG Policy Manager 5.16.

The current LDAP form shows successful validation, however SCG tells me that my user id/password is incorrect.

I'm using the same account and ldaps as the esrs policy manager.

I'm able to telnet from SCG policy manager to the ldap server and connect using port 636.

Is there a config file in the SCG server where I can manually update the ldap settings?

LDAP is required in my environment.
