Warning about port 5705 after upgrading SCG VE 5.14 to 5.18
Hi All
My Customer managed to successfully upgrade SCG VE 5.14 to 5.18 but he got below pop-up when dialing back to to UI, ,Is this something to worries about?
How to check this port is opened and available

Hello Lanto,
I think this will explain it if you look over information on page 19 of link below:
*For iDRAC9 running firmware version 5.x or later, Redfish protocol and port 5705 must be enabled on the device.

Hi Charles,
You mean to say Redfish protocol and port 5705 enable on SCG virtual machine or IDRAC of dell???

Hi, I think yes you are correct. This is required for secure connect gateway to receive alerts and automatically create service requests for iDRAC devices. You can find more information from here Secure Connect Gateway 5.x — Virtual Edition User's Guide | Dell US
