An alert file failed to transfer from gateway - Dell issue?

All of our servers are spamming out a ton of emails today with "An alert file failed to transfer from gateway "

Anyone having the same issues?  Everything shows connected and this is happening with multiple SCG across the globe, so I'm thinking it's something on Dell's side.

If it is on Dell's side, any chance of there being a dashboard/place to look for updates on such an issue?

yup, same on our side, you are not alone.
an ESRS service status web page for instance would be great, anything like this existing ?
And what ist the best way/method to recognize such issue from Dell/EMC ?
curl -k https://esrs3.emc.com:443
curl -k https://esrs3.emc.com:8443

The issue seems to be repeating on Dell backend side.
Any Dell people browsing this community or are we posting in the void ?
Any way to confirm issue or not ?

Test ConnectEMC from the DLm Tools for the DD. This may work, but capture the results anyway. Next, connect to the DD
1) support connectemc config show
ConnectEMC Configuration:
ESRS gateway IP/hostname: esrs.server.name
Registered device IP(s): 10.175.210.140
2) support connectemc test
Sending test message through ConnectEMC...

**** Failed to send test message through ConnectEMC: HTTP request error (401)
3) net hosts show
Hostname Mappings:
-> esrs.server.name

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with Dell's servers or services. If you're encountering a widespread problem with multiple SCG (Security Control Gateway) units across different locations, it's possible that the issue may be on Dell's side. To get more information or seek assistance, you can try the following steps: check Dell Support Resources, monitor Dell status page, check for Notifications or Alerts or raise a Support Ticket.

Remember, specific steps and resources might vary depending on the type of Dell product or service you're using. Be sure to provide detailed information about the problem when you contact Dell support. This will help them better understand and address the issue.
