Error upgrading from 3.52.20.08 to 5.14.00.16

Hello,

 

I am getting an error when trying to upgrade to SGC from SRS. I get the following error:

 

Failed to download the docker images.

 

Is there any way to resolve this? This may be a network issue. Does anyone have the ports that need to be open to allow the downloads? There are no other connectivity errors in SRS, so I'm unsure what the issue is.
