ESRS services won't initiate

Hi,

I've installed ESRS on a customer's infrastructure, all process went OK (I configured static IP, Mask, Default Gateway, hostname and DNS server) but when the system boots, the following error show up:

Failed services in runlevel 3: esrsclient esrsclientproxy esrshttpdR esrswatchdog

Saw in a installation manual that this services allways appear on red, my problem is that I cant access the WEB UI through https:// :9443/

Anyone knows what might be happening?

If you can't access the gateway on port 9443 and can't telnet into it but on server the port is opened, I would assume that either the initial network configuration during deploy had something wrong or there's some block on your network.

Have you tried to telnet the IP in order to check if the web server is up and running?

telnet 9443

or try to connect with a different browser and pc

It says 'Could not open a connection to host on port 9443'. I've checked on the ESRS server and port 9443 i'ts open and listening
