Unable to login ESRS GUI portal
Hi Team,
I am unable to login ESRS GUI portal. I am getting this error. The ESRS is running 3.52.10.08 version.
I have reset LDAP account password, but it doesn't work. Please help me to fix the issue.

Hello Senthil17,
You need to login using a Local/admin(istrator) account and change / update the your LDAP credentials.
Did it work before?
