Cloned SSD not bootable

Hi all,

I've been cloning and replacing the drives in my laptops.  My wife's work laptop is a Dell.  All the others went fine.  But I've cloned the drive in the Dell with Acronis and Reflect and get the same results.  Basically the main partition with the OS is not set for boot (se screen shot below).  I can't make the partition active with diskpart because it's not MBR.  I've done the clone several times with different software and settings and the same results.  Not sure how to proceed.  Any experience like this and a solution would be very helpful.
