Crucial MX500 SSD not detected in bios
Dell G5 15 5590
Hello, I recently bought a 2TB Crucial MX500 SATA SSD to replace my HDD on my Dell G5 15 5590. I also wanted to use that drive to be the OS drive. The problem is once the computer starts, the BIOS doesn't detect any drive connected in as the "Primary HDD". This is what shows the system information on BIOS:
Nevertheless, on windows the device is shown and I can use it normally. The drive has the latest firmware version, and I used SupportAssist to check if I had any BIOS updates, but I'm up to date. I've also tried changing SATA operation from RAID to AHCI and had no results.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Mikkel-14,
To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
